I try to always learn and improve. Recently watched a tutorial by Dimitri Alexis and picked up some nice Substance Designer tricks from his Ubisoft experience. My usual workflow would involve making a height in SD or Modo, do a basic pass on diffuse in SD and then finish albedo in Photoshop. Thanks to Dimitri, now I can get results that I am happy with, without leaving Substance Designer. Check out his tutorial here, if you are interested:
